Corporate housing · Anchorage
Housing for the assignment, not a hotel room.
Landwell rents its own furnished homes to employees on assignment, project teams and new hires settling into Anchorage. Employers can sign and pay directly, and a local team handles everything.
Employer-friendly paperwork
Your company can sign the lease and pay for an employee's stay. Itemized receipts or invoices are available as your expense process requires.
One monthly rent
Utilities, wifi and parking are part of rent. The deposit, application fee and optional housekeeping are separate, so ask leasing for a full quote.
Room to work
Several homes list a desk or workspace; each listing shows what's confirmed. Housekeeping is available for an extra fee.

How it works
Step 1
Share the assignment
Tell us the start date, how many months, who is staying and the monthly budget. Rough details are fine.
Step 2
Review matching homes
Leasing confirms which homes are free for the whole stay and prepares an offer for your length of stay.
Step 3
Lease and screening
Whoever signs — the employee or the company — completes the lease. When a company guarantees or covers the stay, applications are often waived or not needed; leasing confirms case by case.
Questions
Good to know
Can our company sign the lease and pay?+
Yes. An employer can sign and pay for an employee's stay. Add the company name and the employee's needs in the request and leasing will set it up.
Do you provide receipts or invoices?+
Yes. Itemized receipts or invoices are available as required for your company's records.
Does every employee need to apply?+
Usually, each adult on the lease completes an application ($40 per adult) with background and credit check. When a company, the military or an insurer guarantees or covers the stay, the fee is often waived and an application may not be required — leasing decides case by case.
Do you have homes with a desk or workspace?+
Some homes list a desk or workspace in their amenities. If it matters, tick Desk / workspace on the request form and we'll suggest homes where it's listed.
Can we extend if the project runs long?+
Residents can generally extend unless we've told you otherwise, and we usually keep future dates open until you move out. Confirm the new dates and terms with leasing before your planned move-out.
What does rent include, and what costs extra?+
Monthly rent includes utilities, wifi, parking and a fully furnished home with the essentials. Separate from rent: a standard security deposit of one month's rent, a $40 application fee per adult on the lease, $75 per month per approved pet (approval required) and optional housekeeping for an extra fee.
Is housekeeping or maintenance available?+
Housekeeping is available for an extra fee. Residents have after-hours maintenance support, with contact details shared at move-in. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911 first.
